Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Adentro (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Adentro is operated by Lens Innovations (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including guest users, free-tier users, and Pro subscribers.

Adentro is a privacy-first AI chat application for iOS and Android. The App runs an AI model entirely on your device. Key features include on-device AI, local storage, guest access, and optional Pro features with web search.

You may use Adentro without creating an account. Guest users are subject to free-tier usage limits. If you create an account, you can sign in using magic link, Apple Sign In, or Google OAuth. You must be at least 13 years old.

The free tier includes 10 messages per day, 3 documents, and 10 conversations. These limits may be adjusted from time to time.

Adentro Pro is available at $7.99/month or $59.99/year. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate within Adentro. We claim no ownership, license, or rights to your content. Your conversations, documents, and embeddings are stored exclusively on your device — we cannot access them.

You are solely responsible for backing up your on-device data. Uninstalling the App or losing your device may result in permanent data loss.

You agree not to use Adentro to violate any applicable law, generate harmful content, reverse-engineer the AI model, interfere with the App's infrastructure, circumvent usage limits, use the App on behalf of someone under 13, or use automated systems to access the App.

The Adentro name, logo, branding, and the App itself are the property of Lens Innovations. Adentro uses open-source and/or openly licensed AI models subject to their respective licenses. Content you generate belongs to you.

Adentro provides AI-generated responses that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. The App does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lens Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

You may stop using Adentro at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your on-device data remains on your device and server-side data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts. EU users retain their rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date, notify users of material changes, and post the updated Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
